1. Overview

Welcome to Cheesebaggers.com, where the cheese is fresh and the shirts are fresher. By using our website, placing an order, or interacting with our brand in any way, you agree to the following terms. If you don’t agree...no hard feelings, but please bounce.

2. Custom Orders

Everything we sell is made-to-order, which means:

You’re responsible for entering correct info (size, name, design approval, etc.)
Once your order is in production, no changes or cancellations are allowed
Minor color variations between screen and print may occur...this is normal and not grounds for a refund

3. All Sales Are Final

All sales are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

We sent the wrong item
There’s a defect or printing error on our end

4. Pricing & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders if necessary (yes, even if your cart had it “locked in”).

5. Copyright & Designs

All designs, logos, graphics, and content on Cheesebaggers.com are owned by us...unless you provided your own art. Don’t steal our stuff. We'll be salty.

6. User Conduct

Don’t use our site for anything sketchy, illegal, or offensive. Just buy a shirt and vibe.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re not responsible for:

Delays due to shipping carriers
You ordering a size that doesn’t fit your weird uncle
Anything outside of our control (like printer gremlins or Acts of Cheese)

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time, without notice. If you're still here, you’re agreeing to the updated version. So maybe check in once in a while.
