How it works
1) Gather your group info
- What’s the event? When do you need shirts in hand?
- How many people? Adults, youth, or a mix?
- Any brand colors, logos, or themes we should match?
Pro tip: Knowing your squad early helps us lock sizing and timeline.
2) Pick your style
- Crew, v-neck, or tanks • long or short sleeve
- Unisex, women’s, and youth cuts
- Performance/UPF options for outdoor heat (moisture-wicking wins)
3) Collect sizes the smart way
Keep it simple: name, size, and style (if multiple). Add a small buffer for late adds/exchanges. We can share a quick spreadsheet template on request.
4) Approve your design
- Have artwork? Great. Need help? We’ll design it with you.
- Choose placement: front, back, sleeve...or all of the above.
- We’ll send a mockup for approval before printing.
5) Print & fulfillment
- Production begins after invoice is paid.
- Typical turnaround: 10–14 business days (rush available).
- Pickup in Loxahatchee, FL or ship to you.
6) You made it
Kick back and wait for those glorious boxes. We’ll send tracking and packing details so hand-outs are painless.
